MAJORITY of packages that were shipped late NOVEMBER to end of JANURARY may see a 3-5 week delivery. BEFORE YOU CONTACT US asking where your packages is, we will NOT know any further information than what your tracking # will provide. If your tracking says ACCEPTED or shows any MOVEMENT, you know your delivery is delayed but will eventually arrive to you.
If your tracking says PRE-SHIPMENT only, contact us as this may be an actual issue.
